Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
This policy explains what Content Studio Bot and this website collect, and what they do not.
What the desktop application stores
Your WordPress site address, username and password are saved only in a settings file on your own computer. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party. Your licence key and remaining credit balance are also stored locally.
What our servers receive
When you generate an article, our server receives your licence key, an anonymous identifier for your computer, and the keyword and title you entered. This is required to validate your licence, count credits and produce the article. We never receive your website password.
Website visitors
This website collects standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited through cookies and analytics. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.
Third-party services
Article text is generated using an AI provider and images are sourced from licensed stock photo providers. These services process only the keyword and heading text needed to fulfil the request, under their own privacy policies.
Data retention and your rights
We keep licence and credit records for as long as your licence is active. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and keeping your licence key private is your responsibility.
Children
This software and website are not directed at children under 13.
